Sheila M. Strong
Ms. Strong is a nationally recognized authority on fair lending and has developed Compliance Management Systems designed to serve the needs of consumers in a manner that is consistent with ethical lending and servicing practices. As a former mortgage loan originator, SVP of Compliance, and General Counsel, Ms. Strong brings real-world experiences in implementing compliance management strategies. She is a regular speaker at industry events, and an Obama Administration appointee to the HMDA Rulemaking panel as a Small Entity Representative.
Kristi A. Estrada
An industry leader in real estate and financial practice, Ms. Estrada has advised her clients on implementation strategies relative to the ever-changing consumer privacy landscape, including best practices for managing third-party risk. She is a certified anti-money laundering specialist and has helped her clients navigate a myriad of complex financial transactions, from negotiating multi-billion-dollar MSR transactions to advising them on warehouse facility agreements. As a former consumer bankruptcy attorney, she provides compassionate, thoughtful insight into the consumer issues impacting institutional clients.
Max Hutchison
Mr. Hutchison has led and developed legal incident response protocols — engaging with investors and regulators to navigate the aftermath of cyberattacks. He has collaborated with third-party vendors on privacy issues to help financial institutions formulate efficient origination and servicing solutions that maintain the privacy rights and interests of their customers. As a former in-house counsel, he has advised on mortgage servicing issues in both the mortgage banking and depository portfolio contexts.
